National Qualifications are prepared based upon national and international occupational standards. National qualifications are constituted in order to illustrate the process how to assess related competences and know-how. The documents are authorized by Vocational Qualifications Authority. The document “National Qualifications of Mechanical Maintenance Operator Level 3” which is constituted leading by MESS includes the competencies an operator must execute the role of Mechanical Maintenance Operator in the workplace.
